Also we have vertical form fill seal packing machines for film rolls, which combines with multihead weigher, linear weigher, auger filler, volumetric cup filler, liquid piston filler and lobe pump for paste products

We work on standard machine to fit customers′ requirement, also we have customized machines to help customers with turnkey projects. Till now we work on premade bags packing machine to maximum 10kgs powders with sewing machine for nylon and paper bags. Except the heat sealing we also have glue sticker for kraft paper bags.

For automatic bag given horizontal packing machine we separate the sealing station from the filling station to increase the packing speed, now the machine speed is mainly decided by the filling time. The machine work on one bag sealing and the next bag is being filled, which saves time. For VFFS machine we work on film pulling driven by horizontal sealing jaws, totally the machine has 4 servo motors, whose speed reach to 120bags/min. We combine 18 or 20 head combination weigher with the high speed packing machine.
